WORKSHOPS

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years working in the summer camp industry. Now I specialize in training staff at therapy centers, summer camps, and educational centers, helping them weave camp-style activities with mindfulness and mental wellness principles to create engaging, hands-on workshops. My tailored trainings focus on elevating existing programs to foster deeper, more impactful engagement for youth.

I have worked provided tailored trainings to PUSH skateboarding for a cause, Scribble, Square State Skate, Untapped Learning, the Oklahoma board of play therapists, and several summer camps.

Additionally, I have guest lectured in graduate programs and universities across the country, presented at the ACA’S Creativity and Counseling Conference, and was the keynote speaker at CU Denver’s CU Denver’s CHI SIGMA IOTA Counseling Honors Society Induction Ceremony.
