Mindfulness helps us slow down and notice what’s happening in our bodies and minds so that we can have more peace and freedom from difficult thoughts. Narrative therapy invites us to explore the stories we’ve been told about how we SHOULD be and gives us —opportunity to shift perspectives, reconnect with our values, and create space for new possibilities to emerge.
Therapy isn’t about labeling what’s “wrong”—it’s about getting curious, uncovering strengths, and moving forward with more clarity and choice.
